The steam jet mill uses superheated steam as a medium and accelerates into a super-high-speed air flow through a supersonic nozzle, carries materials at high speed striking each other to achieve material grinding. 

 

1. Compared with the traditional jet mill, the impact force on the particles is increased by 4 times, and the energy consumption is only 1 / 5-1 / 8 of the nomal jet mill.
2. The classifier works in a high-temperature steam environment, the particle size cutting point of the classification wheel is smaller than that in the air environment, and it can directly produce products with D50 <1um.
3. In the ultra-high temperature state, the steam flow is in a dry state, will not increase the water content of the material, and has the function of drying the material.
4. Especially suitable for the ultra-fine crushing of high-viscosity materials. The finished product has poor electrostatic agglomeration and good dispersion.
5. It can make full use of low-grade superheated steam that is not used or evacuated in electric heating plants and steel mills as a power to realize low-cost and large-scale ultra-fine powder processing.
6. The equipment specifications can be large-scale, supporting the use of large-scale industrial boilers, high productivity of single machine equipment.
