HE High Efficiency Jet Mill
The HE type high-efficiency jet mill has an innovative technology of jet milling independently developed by our company. It is a major advancement of jet milling technology. It is especially suitable for the ultra-fine crushing of high hardness and high purity materials. The energy consumption is only 20-30% of the traditional jet mill, the product particle size distribution is narrow, and the upper limit of the particle size is accurate.
The high-efficiency jet mill production line of the utility model has a simple structure and is easy to use. It adopts an innovative multi-dimensional three-dimensional cross crushing, which has high output and low energy consumption. The classifier adopts stepless speed regulation, and the product particle size adjustment is convenient. It solves the problem that the current D50 ≤ 1 micron nano particles cannot be solved by the current airflow crushing equipment, and is currently the only production equipment that can realize the mass production of nano materials. It breaks the barriers that nano can only rely on wet production, and the dry process produces uniform particles, narrow particle size distribution, no over-crushing, no energy waste, and good practicality.
